Wasabi and her babies

Wasabi was found as a very pregnant mom in an abandoned house. People had moved out and left her and two other adults cats behind. All were pregnant or had given birth recently. The wonderful woman who found them stepped in and took care of them, and when she contacted us she needed a spot just for Wasabi and her babies. One of our foster homes who had fostered adult special needs in the past wanted to foster kittens. So Wasabi and her babies (Peking, Szechuan Egg Roll & Wonton) were taken safely to their foster home. All are doing fine and should be available for their new forever homes in a few weeks time.

We're all very excited at the beginning of this new step in Snowflake. We're blogging! Here you'll be able to see the new cats who come into Snowflake, see who gets adopted and keep up on any happenings in Snowflake. We'll post adoptathon dates as well as any fundraisers we are having. Most importantly you'll be able to see the reason we do what we do-the cats. So stay tuned as there are many exciting things to come!
